The details:
The OPRE report details the role that operational real estate plays in the market, to identify market opportunity and challenge common misconceptions. Working with the in-house lawyers and Montfort Communications, I had designed the 2024 OPRE report to reflect the ‘growing’ nature of operational real estate. The report was picked up by various legal news sites and shared amongst other firms.
